Had the acquisition taken place on January 1, 2020, the pro forma revenues and net income(loss)of the Company would have been$61,384,457and ($36,995,485), respectively
$61.3M (proforma rev) - $56.5M (actual rev) = $4.8M
Was Hygears revenue only 4.8M for 2020? How is that even possible? Am I missing something?
