Cielo is a strange one and while I own it, I don't fully trust what is going on there.

That being said, not sure why you are confused about financials. Of course there is no real revenue since their one facility is not yet in production yet and the other facilities are not built . 

Fairly normal situation for a pre-commericalisation company.

I agree that they MarCap is crazy, but it would be justified if their plan does come together.
