RE:Question In my opinion, the market was a bit tired about uncertainty of Fed's moves to come about rate hikes, how many, when, plus the tapering. The market knows better now. And tomorrow, it will know more from ECB and BoE. There might be a bit of volatility at first, but market fears uncertainty and by the end of the day, the market will be on more certain grounds to start the new year.
Omicron is a bit of an unknown, but by now, we have experienced the delta waves and we know we can live around this pandemy.
But I think today the market appreciated getting rid of some uncertainty.
As far as Xbc, glad to see a bit of a gain. It seems to be less volatile these last few days and fluctuates with the TSX tide or even better. Good sign. Volume was OK. But still waiting.
