could be simply that the sector was massively oversold

could be investors selling overpriced tech to buy low hanging fruit

could be many things


plug +10%, fcel +15%, bldp +9% and even the icln etf +5% 


so, not wanting to be left out of a general sector move i took a punt on 3,000 xbc @ $1.73

at least that's the idea

currently 14 trades to fill that order and still 300 shares to go
