I think we can all agree that the stock price is distorted based on Xebec's balance sheet alone. I think the Accelerated CEO Transition combined with very good improvements in results made it pop 20%. Specially the transition. I think most people we're tired of Kurt. He wasn't enough energetic & charismatic to lead the next phase of growth. He wasn't operating and executing the business aggressively. I'm personally ready to give the new team a chance to prove themselves. When you're a rookie, you are generally challenged way more than a senior. They put you up to the test. Jim looks pretty decent and I feel he knows exactly where he's going.
