pretty much any company that looks like it'll need to do a financing will sell off somewhat and many times you see some of the banks that will be doing the financings will be pushing the sp down, and  I would say  most likely a fair number of shorts on xbc are doing so expecting a fair sized financing sooner than  later. it's pretty plain for "most " to see this likely scenario in the financials.

Think liquidity likely to last a year and come on back of good news. Typical of growth companies. Perhaps a private convert and not as big as "fair sized".  That would be a tough cover for shorts.

Also starting to question Filoux and his know it all stance. CTS pre-released Q4 in February.  Why would CTS numbers be a surprise to anyone especially an accredited shareholer.  Hmmm. Also Xebec backlog up 23% sequentially in Q4 on no announcements.  Strange to keep touting no orders.  Just think when the material RNG or Hydrogen contracts come. Or did they buy a facility on a hope to fill and the transition to clean energy is in fact a hoax.

Good luck all.  Off to Denver.
