K so let me make sure I understand this correctly if they buy 30,000 shares at 80 cents or 24,000 dollar investment you would buy back in a hearbeat but when they buy 11,000 shares at 3.14 a 34,500 dollar investment it's just a niggling buy. Like WTF are you even talking about lol.

if ANY one of those insiders were to buy 20-30,000+ shares I'd buy back in a heart beat
