Just ask yourself....does the current management team and BOD strike you as a group that are going to fight to preserve value in the common shares?  Not to me.  Like not at all.  I'm guessing every route to come out on the other side of this even remotely intact in their minds starts with wiping out those 'pesky' shareholders..
