Live for longevity

Live for longevity A 8oz glass of water does not weigh a lot but if we hold it up long enough the arm gets tired, than numb, than paralyzed and not being able to work or preform. This is something like what stress is all about if you hold it long enough. So just learn to put it down and rest and recoup your strength for longer longevity for life.
