The 3m is to continue operations I doubt it's to be used to pay bonuses to employees to stick around at least that's how I understand it. The employee retention will likely be shares you know the skin in the game you guy's always complained wasn't there before. If they can turn around the company their stakes could be very lucrative. Of course who knows what this all means for the little annoying complaining common shareholders if we get included in any of this "restructuring" taking place.

Just how many top employees do you guys really think xbc will be able to retain for $3m ???? not many if any at all is my best guess, why would any of of these guys stick around with a very unsecure future when the likes of most major utilities, oil and gas and infrastucture companies brookfield and most of the green energy companies are all expanding and hiring and growing their green energy footprints, so much opportunity for experienced people to work for companies that have a much much more secure future with strong management in place.
