WHO IS BEHIND THIS WEBPAGE?
This webpage has been created by a group of Xebec shareholders.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS WEBPAGE?
It has been created for shareholders who wish to organise. The first step is to create a list of shareholders.
GOALS BEHIND ORGANISING SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders have no representation and zero voice in the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) process, which Xebec filed for on 29th September 2022. We need to correct this situation.
It is important to investigate and understand what our options are with the express goal of a financial return to shareholders. If we have no representation in the CCAA process it is expected that shareholders will lose the ability to file a Class Action lawsuit. One key objective is to reserve the right to file a Class Action lawsuit.
WHAT DOES SIGNING UP COMMIT ME TO?
Providing your details will not commit you to any course of action and will not remove any of your options. The information that you provide will not be displayed publicly, and the organising shareholders will never share your data without your written permission.
STRENGTH IN NUMBERS
The more shareholders who sign up the greater the voice we will have. The greater our voice the more impact we can have, especially in court proceedings. The window of opportunity to act is limited.
SUMMARY
Without our timely collective efforts there seems little prospect of any return to shareholders or those responsible being held accountable. With a combined voice we can potentially change the outcome.
