Granted, TT was a very active poster on this board but while some bashed him, others took him for what he was - an entertaining enthusiast - understanding he had no skin in the game, other than his reputation. It's a handful of people, such as yourself, who elevated him beyond reasonable; noting that, there was a time when you, yourself, fell in love with XBC and blindly pumped it...
While I thought some of TTs bashers were over the board, I equally thought the same about those (as yourself) idolizing him.
Perhaps a (expensive) lesson for the future; don't fall in love with a stock - or overweigh it in your porfolio - and try to keep more level headed when doing your DD, commenting on it and supporting likeminded posters. At the end of the day, it all boils down to maturity - which was lacking from a number of posters (bashers and cheerleaders alike), over the past 1.5 years, or so, and which led me (and likely others) to move away from reading this board on a regular basis.
Sorry if I'm offending anyone with my two cents for the day...and, honestly, sorry for the outcome met by XBC as, although I was no longer a shareholder, I still kept it on my watch list, with the hope of, one day, hopping back in. I simply didn't see the opportunity to do so, given the headwinds (i.e. management, covid-driven global logistics challenges, inflation, increase in interest rates etc) and the relentless drop in sp, from its high of $11.55 to now.
GLTA and, again, truly sorry for all those negatively impacted. I also didn't expect this outcome.
