Page 8, paragraph 44: The proceeds of the Tiger Transaction will, inter alia, allow for the repayment in full of the secured Operating Facility (as defined in the Application for the issuance of a First Day Initial Order, a deemed extension of the stay period and a Bidding Procedures Order dated September 28, 2022, the “FDIO Application”) provided to the Xebec Group by NBC.
