RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The sell-off continuesFailure all the way down from the top . COO failed with contracts that were poorly estimated and written , and was dismissed. CEO vision may have been valid but execution failed.
Board failed to handle the problems witht the strategy and execution.
Management is not one singular person.
