Likely order inbalances as the XBC.R are also halted.

Perhaps as the XBC.R will be converted to common stock as deal is finalized, the subs are halted pending conversion.  Don't know why it wasn't halted at start of trading today, perhaps until news got disseminated.

A question was asked about the reason for the halt.  5i Research's answer was with no news they thought it was a curcuit breaker due to it rising 15% .
