Floating around out there that the lawsuit was initiated by someone holding $2003.31 in shares. Yeah your reading this right. This is looking like a over reaction followed by a short attack to me.
Someone here showed RBC dumping on $4 trying to break it.

so because someone is down 1000 dollars on their investment the stock drops 50% from 7.94 I am down much more than that currently I guess I will have to file another suit against xebec.

It's starting to happen to PLUG now. Some kind of accounting error. Sector had run ahead of itself then shorted to oversold. Some are taking advantage of retail to get a final push down and load up for another run.
