It may seem quiet, but things are happening behind the scene

While everyone is focusing on the upcoming quarterlies, it seems to me that little attention or acknowledgment is being given to the fact that Xebec has been without a COO since  Prabhu's abrupt ouster on February 12th.
Kurt has previously mentioned that the selection process "is down to the short strokes". He has said, "by June".
There is no doubt this news, when it comes, will have an impact.
It is difficult to gauge what the extent of that impact might be, given that the market has no idea who it will be named new the new chief operating officer.

Someone who can train existing Xebec personel who judging by past performance need it. Promoting from within may just be promoting someone who has been part of the problem at Xebec ...more
