I wonder if the xebec board would would consider being bought at this point if they were to be offered 2 billion dollars.

After having put in all the time and effort needed to bring XBC to where it is today (not referring to the sp), I doubt the likes of Kurt would be ready to sell at $13/sh. Perhaps double that, but even then... If I was them I certainly wouldn't. My two cents.

You're right. However, if he felt the offer was under par, I'm sure he could convince enough shareholders to turn down an offer.
