Assets and liabilities

Can anyone speak to the drop in assets and rise in liabilities reported in q3? The book value is now 2.06 down from 2.11.

Net income was -10mm - most of which was one time severence payment. Equity declined and should reverse Q4 to the upside. Magnitude of share decline I find surprising condsidering how positive the operations now look. There is no question in my mind if we remain around this level with the current valuation discrepency to peers that this becomes a takeout target. Its in the right space, its going ...more
