RE:Assets and liabilities

RE:Assets and liabilities Net income was -10mm - most of which was one time severence payment. Equity declined and should reverse Q4 to the upside.

Magnitude of share decline I find surprising condsidering how positive the operations now look.

There is no question in my mind if we remain around this level with the current valuation discrepency to peers that this becomes a takeout target. Its in the right space, its going profitable and cash flow positive, its got excellent technology, US presence, has capital assets in place to ramp production.

Either way valuation here is a relative joke. You know how houses sell with no for sale sign these days.......

Can anyone speak to the drop in assets and rise in liabilities reported in q3? The book value is now 2.06 down from 2.11.
