Please forgive me, I just checked online and saw that Triple/Quadruple witching days are on the 3rd Friday of December, not November. Am I mistaken? Is there a difference for Canadian vs American? I am naive when it comes to this topic.

Hey Krony, Triple withing day is not until the 3rd Friday in December.....The options contracts that are expiring are Nov 19 so this why I think we get some funky days around this time......Lets see what happens Next week.
