Comment by filoux004 on Jan 29, 2022 7:22pm
This is total circus, the IR confirms a blackout with over a month before the financials. Where's the press release ???
Comment by ZouZS3 on Jan 29, 2022 7:27pm
With company stock, a blackout period usually comes before earnings announcements.

ceo, coo, cfo and board members have all bought shares over the past year ranging from 3.05 to 4.35 in 12 transactions as well several management with 100k each participated in the December 2020 financing.

Insiders can never buy enough shares at every opportunity to those who want to present the bear case and it's easy to do when the share price is dropping. Keep in mind Kurt bought 100K shares in March 2020 at about $4.25 after 2020 year end results were released. So he is down a hefty amount just on those shares. Just as there was no insider selling in early 2021 leading to year end ...more

It seem that Kurt's personnal financial transactions are turning into an obsession with you.....(lol) I understand that it's comforting to see insiders buying more shares but can they sell and make profit sometime without been interpret as a disowning of the share value.... I'm sure that Kurt still have multi million of shares and maybe other options to buy more again...

Trudeau is hiding from the protestors today. Self-isolating because his son has covid. Yeah right.
Comment by ZouZS3 on Jan 29, 2022 6:18pm
In fact, this article is very well expressed. One thing is certain is that, If you people want the government to start focusing on the climate crisis we have to turn the page on covid. Double vaxed & covid infected but definitely not taking a 3rd dose.
Comment by Zipolitemexico on Jan 30, 2022 12:38pm
I am in a place right now that is living with covid. No restrictions of any kind. Nada. In fact the party is on and nobody cares. Its not the reason i am here - its just part of being here. Everyone is getting covid here. Its impossible to avoid unless you totally isolate. The symtoms have been mild to moderate. Many Americans and Canadians here now have the atitude, lets just get it and get it ...more

You all put to much emphasis on earnings! though part of the equation ...the tides been going out now for a few months.....some are slow to the draw...these are the investors who inevitably lose the majority of there investments....quite sad .....but hey still a little water under this boat!  you better hope Kurt has'nt punched a few more holes in it!
Comment by HonestAl on Jan 31, 2022 2:30pm
Zipolitemexico...while we are all effing tired of Covid, as long as the unvaccinated are clogging up our ICUs, we don't have the luxury of burying our heads in the sand.  I would much rather prefer hospitals go back to doing surgerys etc and IF there's a spare bed in an isolated area, let an unvacc'd person have it.  Other than that, suffer in silence at home, on your own ...more
