About "the Bet"

I just had a glimpse of the humor in Babe's wording of "the bet".

I'll quote him from his original response to my post about things to look forward to,
and then I'll quote him in again with some modifications added in red so that some here might understand what I find humorous about it.

Before I do that, and this is directed at The Babe, I've never once posted that "you don't have a clue".
I have for two others, but not you.

Here goes.
Babe wrote:

Here's my version:

   "Not a bloody chance this moves up to $2 by Friday.
     Are you a complete fool?
     What the hell are you talking about?
     You're on drugs if you think it's even possible that Xebec reaches anywhere
     near $2 by Friday.
     Not a snowball's chance in hell.
     There's absolutely no way that could possibly happen.

     Unless they announce a contract."

We all know there will be contract and sales announcements.
We just don't know when. 

In a way that's the beauty of it.

Agreed Babe! We need tangible material news from Xebec. I think that Xebec has huge pressure on what they call the investor's day and the presentation of their 3 year growth plan. They kept referring to it during the call and keep posting about it on LinkedIn. I mean we better have something material. I think recent downgrades was a warning sign! A warning that they better not disappoint one
