Why didn't management list on Venture?

Any theories on why didn't management list XBC on Venture?

Seems like a no brainer so shareholders can easily close out a position and book the loss against other gains.

Correct me if i am wrong but even Reitman's was halted for 3 months or so until it listed on the venture.

You are absolutely right, let's keep an eye on the proceedings, maybe a white knight will value the IP and manufacturing capacity as a going concern and retain a listing to facilitate new capital raise. However expect a deadly share exchange ie Prometic. Glta.
