I suppose this addresses the "competition" issue. If you didn't claim before them, join them.
I suppose it's better to contract a JV before great results are out as opposed
to a much less favorable JV once these Mag lows reveal their treasures.

I suppose XME feel they have the leadership abilities to lead this forward.
I suppose they have access to significant funding as the lead developpers.

I'm ever curious now to see how the market will react to that.
