RE:RE:A small financing announced tonight.... kinda intriguing !
apologies but i just cannot get the article to stay on my post.. it shows up on the page but when i hit the post button it disappears..
But the paste was from their page under the tab "corporations" where they say they only deal with "the best of the best" so obviously they see something in XND that led them to invest so that is great!
Also.. it is pretty rare to do a financing above the current sp.. that is a real vote of confidence i'd say!
Also for the CEO to keep share dilution down to an absolute minimum is very rare these days!..Most CEO's will sell out the company right from under the shareholders and then spend all that money and consolidate and repeat.. resulting in horrible treatment of their shareholders and in most cases they do not care for them at all..even though they are the ones who let them do anything at all.
So it's kinda reassuring that there just MAY be few small juniors still around who are run by managers who actually have a conscience..rare but not impossible!
