Management certainly gets an A+ for shortsightedness. Why didn't they raise this money at $3? or at $2?

They may be great when it comes to the drilling technology but they aren't the brightest bulbs when it comes to business.

This here is the turnaround, management getting in with $3-$5M of their own money.
