Lol. Hopefully we will get some favourable re-negotiation of the debt soon, and I think we get back up to 7-10 cents at least. Soooooo thinly traded.

If $$ cushion reqd, would prefer a deb, interest can be paid in shares if reqd. I'd subscribe to some. Sale of music biz second choice, equity dilution ..ugh. Discussions on debt be easier with $$ ...more

We didn't pick up an ad agency, it was a competitor. They gave us some clients, but also production services infrastructure, which allowed us to be more full service offering. It was a decent deal ...more

Agree. Would add, in hindsight, bad timing to pick up ad agency ( or looks it from outside of the industry )....and gets me wondering, we were a tech company.....including having a service for ad ...more

The thing that makes me nervous is that the company is historically very leaky if you look at share spikes/crashes that occur before news/results come out. So the share price action isn't sending ...more

think the debt issue is priority, as you suggest. Imo, the issue is highly handleable, so it only concerns me because it concerns other would be investors and is keeping our sp down at silly level.

The macro picture is awful. They need to monetize the analytics side in order to offset that side. They also need to resolve the debt issue with new terms, or there will continue to be an overhang on ...more

Haven't added lately......any thoughts where we stand ? Anyone ? Would be braver if we didn't have the acquisition debt repayments, which are burdensome if the biz is not firing on all ...more
