How kind of you to up the ante by a whole nickle.  I'm going "no" on this.

I'm fine being paid interest in shares at whatever the "real" share prive is over the next year.  I expect that alone to add 10% to my bottom line over the next 15 months, with no actual impact on the company's cash position.  The WTI-WCS differential has already shrunk from the unrealistic value it had in November.  Notley's production cut has no impact on small producers like Zargon - except to the extent that it improves prices.

No one can predict share price over the next 15 months so all the mights and maybes that are hitched to a rising share price are glorified navel gazing.  IF conditions improve (a requirement for the share price to rise and this deal to be anything better than 50 cents on the dollar), I'm fine with that and will cheer company management on.  But I won't take this deal ...
