IMO its not an issue at all. Especially if a company with a high LMR takes over Zargon.

Zargon currently has an LMR of 1.18 which is above the 1 . threshold. Dec 2018
and that is up from 1.15 in January of 2018.

Cardinal has a LMR of 1.99 as of Dec 1,2018. Cardinal will not be buying Zargon but if a company with a similar LMR as CJ buys Zar there LMR would drop a bit but not significantly and life goes on. Those liabitiies will not come into play for many years.
