The arrangement was so absurd that I assumed there was a plan in place. (that had been kept quiet). Had that been the case we should have already heard something by now.....
The deafening silence implies the conversion was just another means to keep the lights on and the salaries paid..................... If you look at the current value of insiders holdings relative to their salaries it is understandable.
Interest was effectively paid out at 30 cents on the dollar............ Hilarious to read that other posters had loaded up on the debbies (and therefore prepaid three months of interest in cash!) prior to conversion. The seller did well on that trade...........
