First time that has happened in a long time - usually they did this previously when they were going to make a large asset sale. Merger or sale coming??

Was thinking CDH would be a good buyer for them. They could pay off the debs and resulting company would have very strong cash flow and no debt.

 Up 8% thus far today with 321,000 shares traded.Obviously something positve happening.
