The Concise Capital founder.  Speculation:  Since Concise owns way more shares than anybody else, they want a say so and they probably want an exit strategy...as most of us do...

We are getting close to the AGM and it is possible that a proxy fight threat had been issued. This would avoid that but, these guys will now know what is going on in all these dealings which should be a good thing. For example, trying to sell assets right now in a near completely frozen market and spending a bunch of fees on advisors while they have no debt due (cash flow alone and working ...more

Cardboard, if as you say the market is near completely frozen, then the asset you keep is North Dakota as its generating cashflow, has room to grow and I suspect, has minimal necessary SG&A associated with it. It will retain its value - sooner or later, we'll get C$30M for it (minimal decline - it might have 20 years of actual reserves if one assumes some upwards revisions) and meanwhile ...more
