from "outperform" to "sector perform."Analysts at RBC Capital Markets downgrade j2 Global Communications Inc (JCOM) from "outperform" to "sector perform." The target price is set to $25.
In a research note published this morning, the analysts mention that the company faces risks related to continued deterioration from its credit-sensitive customers. To warrant a positive change in J2 Global Communications’ rating, the company’s organic growth would have to be driven by demand and not entirely by price hikes, RBC Capital Markets says. The company is likely to continue to undertake acquisitions this year to boost growth, the analysts add.
