Also in rgds., to your 200$ forecasted price, as good as forecast can be: I read some stating in the 120-130ish for 2024 & on, while lately for end 2022 some were readjusted to 75ish ???? Who is right, as per serious Data Market firms like the one used by Globe & Mail states a high range of 120ish ... There are a lot of macroeconomics turmoils & noises in the market..... it takes time for market to adjust .. interest rates started climbing but here in Canada prices are still rising due to factors like very low supply vs demand .... so interest rates don't seem to stop house buying cause resisting demand persist... other paralell factor at individual investor level like... some investor are sellling when stock price drops 5% while some others can tolerate 10; 15; or 20% drops before selling ... I believe if ZIM is a well managed cos. Than it requires patience and may be 1, 2 years but main'y a thorough monitoring of ZIM continuous financial results ....
