 A good time to buy is when they are flying under the radar like RuggedCom was and may still be to some extend. This week i got a pleasant surprise with AZD. Last time i bought was at .05 when nobody cared. Same with VGM i picked at .025.

Zecotek will need cash this year so i am buying with retenu until then.
