If Zecotek Loses the Patent Infringement...upanddown, if ZMS were to lose the case, then that would mean the patents are different and St.Gobain/Philips did not infringe Zecotek's patent.
A loss would not mean that St. Gobain/Philips own Zecotek's crystals.
If the patents are similar enough to warrant an infringement, then guess who wins.
In either case, ZMS retains their patent on the crystals being used at CERN and sold through Hamamatsu. JMO
