True Samdm, very true, if you're looking at potential short term swings.

But what if a positive Markman Hearing results doesn't give it the pop you're looking for short term?

Does this mean that ZMS's future isn't what we think? Or is it that the market realizes the Markman Hearing won't bring in money to the company?

You see, I don't want to be disappointed if the effect on the short term share price isn't as dramatic as I expect, even with a positive judgement from the Markman Hearing, after all, the hearing itself will not settle damages.

Damages, if/when awarded won't be for quite some time, and yes there is always a chance for an out of court settlement, but right now, today, Zecoteck has orders to fill, and revenues to book.

ZMS is in a very envious position compared to other small tech companies, IMO. atb
