Aprik, I like to keep expectations real.

The talk about the court case isn't something that is going to come to conclusion tomorrow, but the commercialization has already begun, and that is what is relevent.

Trying to put the attention on the Markman Hearing, will only benefit short term traders, but won't help long term.

Just don't read my posts if you don't like them. ZEN is a promotional instrument that is being exploited by daytraders and swingtraders.

Zenyatta may never become what Zenyatta is "TODAY", even though they're in totally different industries.

Enough talk, responding to you before was the reason I didn't get filled at $0.60. I got filled today though, and may buy more tomorrow. atb
