On that note, I forgot to add that I don't see a buyout here in the near future.

Unless there is an out of court settlement in the patent dispute sometime after the Markman Hearing, I would expect Zecotek to continue their commercialization of their patents, and grow sales.

It should be business as usual moving forward, and when a judgement or settlement comes, it comes.

IMO, it seems that Zecotek is focused on what's most important, and that's growing their business while at the same time, defending their patent portfolio. atb
