I agree with you gettin2, that is a reasonable assumption. Anything can happen, and knowing that talks of settlement have been ongoing, even though no progress yet, that can change in a heart beat.

Asides from the court case, there's a commercialization happening, and that too can have a positive effect here, once we get an update.

All in due time, and with the markets mostly in the red, due to uncertainties with our neighbour in the south, it's good to see that some stocks, are holding somewhat steady, including Zecotek. JMO
