I too believe that ZMS will become a true growth story Aprilk. The potential is really there, and IMO the patent dispute is gravy once the outcome is known. So far, as of Oct. 7 there hasn't been anything new regarding the court case. It's updated every 48 hrs, so tomorrow, if there has been any developments, we can see, and if not, it's no big deal to me. I'm not sure who it was that said to expect news of the court case end of Aug, but that didn't transpire, and the stock still performed well. This IMO shows that the market is valuing ZMS more on growth than just a court case. JMO
