Investors Getting Spooked Re Pending Markham Decision?...JMO, but maybe the sellers are concerned with a Markham decision being around the corner, so they are lowering their exposure.

It seems that with the Markham hearing nearing an end that both Plaintiffs and Defendents are starting to play hard ball.  No settlement talks have occured during the latest reporting period as outlined in the Joint Status Report dated Oct. 18, 2013.

Not sure, but it seems that the Plaintiff is requesting certain information and the Defendents are not willing to release it.  Hence the current dispute, which will be heard this Friday via conference call.

Will be interesting to see how things unfold in the coming days and weeks.  atb
