No Markham Hearing Decision Rendered Yet...

No Markham Hearing Decision Rendered Yet...Not sure why the sell-off today, but the share price did seem to bounce back at the end.  I wasn't in this afternoon so I missed it.

Again, I believe it's investors who are lowering their exposure due to a decision from the Markham Hearing nearing an end soon. 

Doubt a decision will be rendered this week, only the discovery dispute will be held Friday via teleconference.

After that, it will be up the the Judge to make a decision, and I'm not sure how long that will take.  JMO
