I would say that was a very good, well balanced post valueseeker. 

I agree, nothing will happen Friday as it's only a teleconference regarding a dispute for submission of discovery data.

There will be no Markham Hearing decision that day, only a ruling of what discovery literature is needed or not required to be submitted, IMO.


Too much emphasis on patent dispute lately, but to be expected I guess. 

As for ridkydee putting in a stink bid, nothing wrong with that, but it sure sounds like a negative point of view to take at this point in time. 

Nothing is impossible, but nothing is guaranteed either.  JMO
