Sorry if this sounds negative rickydee, but it seems you are way too concerned about the daily, or intra-day fluctuations of ZMS's share price.
Those concerns are usually meant for day traders of which you are not. I would suggest you look at or at least focus on the fundamentals. It would cause for less short term grief, IMO.
Anyway, the trading is what it is. It's not unusual, and unless the Judges presiding over the case decided to break the law and spread rumours about their decision, which isn't going to happen, then just be patient and wait is what I recommend.
The contracts and commercialization will come in due time. I believe that ZMS was at the photon fair last year alone, but this year they have a brand new partner with lots of pull. JMO
