RE:Monster stink bid on MondayIf Zecotek did not have a good case the Judge would have ruled long ago (the negative Markman outcome). There is a good case and the claim construction is ongoing. Just being held up by non co-operation by the defendants (therefore the discovery dispute),
In my opinion the favorable Markman ruling is just ahead with the corresponding gap up in the share price. Don't want to be on the outside looking in when that happens.
Furthermore the large order from CERN can come at any time. Another gap up. Booyyaahhhhhh.
