A very reasonable hypothesis..no company is going to have a process in their manufacturing of a product without having documentation to support their right to implement the process...all companies have a legal department.....especially with all the money involved....this case if by no means a slam dunk as many believe that it is....this is a stock to be careful with...alot of hype and price manipulation and the legal matter is just a coin flip...50/50 shot...BB28
