RE:RE:RE:the action on the stock before the halt was very poor.......If there is not much in terms of cash and it is geared strictly to a supply agreement. Back when this started there was talk of 100 to 200 million in a settlement so I suspect the market will be disappointed. The Markman hearing result was a positive but had very little impact on the stock.

Having said that I think an out of court settlement is the favoured outcome here and is a positive overall for the stock. Any other predictions?
