what he wrote before the nr was true, but that doesn't make things better.
zecotek will be dead after the transaction because the "new" company has nothing to do with the "old" company and the name of zms:tsx will be changed.
after all zecotek holdings (not zms:tsx) will get the whole technology of ZIS and ZDS.
so you (old shareholders) have nothing.
